Restorative Yin Yoga [All-Levels]

Restorative Yin is entirely made up of poses done close to the ground. Seated forward folds, hip openers, supine twists and supported backbends are some of the postures that practitioners will work through in this all-levels class. All poses are held for 3-5 minutes in order to get the full benefit. No flowing, standing or vinyasa required!
