Ashley Mitchell
Ashley’s personal practice began in 2005. At first it was just a form of exercise for her, not at first spiritual. After hitting some really low points in life and as time went on, she began to notice the only time she was ever truly happy was when she was on her mat.
Ashley began her teacher trainings in 2020 and completed both her 200 and 300 Hour YTT in a year. She has been teaching across the Las Vegas Valley for nearly two year now and found her
passion for teaching in Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Meditation. Ashley’s goal is to help people bring more balance and calmness to their daily life through a better connection with the Self, one moving meditation at a time.
Nicole Cherry
A Vegas local since 2000, Nicole has been passionate about dance and fitness since a child and began teaching as early as 18 with kickboxing. She was one of the first few pole dancing teachers in Las Vegas in 2005, and created many classes encouraging women empowerment.
After an injury left her defeated and feeling like she may never be able to dance and move the way she loved again, Nicole turned to yoga to build back strength, flexibility and mobility. She found through her practice, a beautiful ability to help heal her body + mind. It is through her own journey that she is inspired to share what she learned with others.
Her classes share her message of finding your inner source of power and confidence through mindful, playful and intentional movements.
