Healing the mind is an essential step in your personal wellness journey. The true practice of yoga ventures far beyond the physical exercises and ultimately, connects the body with its thought processes, a phenomenon known as “mind-body”, or the equaling of all parts. By implementing a regular yoga practice, anyone can work towards establishing and balancing a mind-body connection. 

Pure Yoga helps achieve mind-body connection through a curated selection of yoga classes taught by experienced and certified instructors. Students can choose from a variety of restorative, meditative and Ashtanga yoga styles taught in a relaxing, unheated private studio just steps away from the main office of Renaissance Health Centre in Suite 190.

Renaissance Health Centre offers a comprehensive approach to healing the whole person through a multitude of mind-body practices. In addition to holistic medicine and yoga, Renaissance Health Centre also offers acupuncture, meditation, homeopathy and hypnotherapy.
