Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a faster paced movement flow that includes fluid transitions connecting each posture, linking body, breath, and movement. These classes are challenging, yet modifications are given for all levels of practitioners. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing your body and calming your mind.

What Is Yoga?

Yoga classes are designed to help you develop strength, flexibility, and balance. You’ll learn how to use breathing techniques to deepen the connection between your mind and body. Through a variety of poses, you’ll be encouraged to explore ways of moving that are safe and effective for your individual needs. Classes may include meditation, relaxation techniques, and chanting as well as physical postures.
