Warm, loving, and easy, like Sunday morning. This all-levels class weaves together breath and yoga poses while relieving tension and stagnant energy in both body + mind. This class will transition through a series of movements at a slower pace with extended hold times to promote calmness to both body + mind. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity.

What Is Yoga?

Yoga classes are designed to help you develop strength, flexibility, and balance. You’ll learn how to use breathing techniques to deepen the connection between your mind and body. Through a variety of poses, you’ll be encouraged to explore ways of moving that are safe and effective for your individual needs. Classes may include meditation, relaxation techniques, and chanting as well as physical postures.
