Sound Bath

Some people unwind with a nice, long bubble bath. Others prefer a sound bath. These relaxing musical presentations have recently been scientifically linked to reduce stress and anxiety. Sound baths help deepen your ability to relax, improve mood, heighten focus and energy, and improve sleeping patterns. Each class will include light body movement, breath work techniques,  and ends with the harmonious sound instruments. This session will leave you feeling mentally and physically rested, rejuvenated, and recharged.

What Is Yoga?

Yoga classes are designed to help you develop strength, flexibility, and balance. You’ll learn how to use breathing techniques to deepen the connection between your mind and body. Through a variety of poses, you’ll be encouraged to explore ways of moving that are safe and effective for your individual needs. Classes may include meditation, relaxation techniques, and chanting as well as physical postures.
