Bolsters, blocks, and blankets support the body while resting poses help you achieve a deep calm state. This class consists of deep stretching with extended posture holds to create softness and release within the mind, muscles and joints. Open to all level yogis.

What Is Yoga?

Yoga classes are designed to help you develop strength, flexibility, and balance. You’ll learn how to use breathing techniques to deepen the connection between your mind and body. Through a variety of poses, you’ll be encouraged to explore ways of moving that are safe and effective for your individual needs. Classes may include meditation, relaxation techniques, and chanting as well as physical postures.
